Our customer projects

Despite decades of intensive attempts, the pioneers of flight failed time and again. After the Wright brothers made their breakthrough on the Outer Banks on the Atlantic coast of North America at the beginning of the 20th century, everything happened rapidly. With the new aircraft technology literally taking off, the era of flight began. Suddenly, what seemed completely unimaginable just a few years earlier worked.

For several decades now, heavy, dirty work has been done by automated machines. Similar to 120 years ago, another breakthrough is now imminent: artificial intelligence is the next stage of automation. Our Mission is the development of intelligent handling solutions that relieve the operator not only physically but also mentally - intelligent systems!

Our know-how is based on numerous reference projects in the automotive industry as well as in other, demanding industries. The key people at ROXA developed and designed systems for lifting, conveying, positioning, transferring, joining, screwing, gluing, dosing, mixing and much more. In handling and conveying technology, there are probably few areas that have not been dealt with.

With the help of powerful, easy-to-use software tools for designing and detailing mechanics and controls, we minimize design time. We always develop individual concepts in a modular structure. With this methodology, system assemblies are created from special project developments, which enable simpler, more cost-effective overall solutions in the future. This is how we understand smart engineering.

Our business processes
In the implementation of our goals, we act in a process-oriented manner. The management processes are clearly structured in order to systematically evaluate the defined objectives and their fulfilment and to initiate corrective measures if necessary. All value-adding processes are based on customer requirements and are designed to continuously adapt the way we work. Support processes have been established to ensure the smooth running of the company and the implementation of customer requirements.

The certification of our company according to DIN ISO 9001 will be completed at the end of 2020.

CAD models

We have organised our company for networked working . Our engineers are located in the Steiermark as well as in the Bavarian Chiemgau. Our IT infrastructure allows us to work independently of location, as we can access our data at any time and from any place. The high standard of our data protection is not neglected. Modern firewalls as well as mirrored local storage at the locations secure our "brainware".

The production of the machines is carried out according to the "build-to-print" principle at our cooperation partner Kostwein Maschinenbau in Carinthia. By outsourcing purchasing, production, assembly and commissioning in this way, we have established internal "quality gates" both after engineering and after production. When a machine is shipped for integration at the customer's plant, we take delivery of it and are responsible for further processing.

Also in the areas of professional telephone and office service, competent IT support as well as professional payroll and financial accounting, we consciously rely on the know-how and capacity of external partners.

In this way, we keep the essential know-how areas under our own control and our corporate structure lean. This creates flexibility and freedom for creative thinking and action!
